FAQ

Where do you deliver?

We deliver all over Melbourne metropolitan. Enter your delivery postcode on any of our product pages to check what areas we currently deliver to.

How much is delivery?

We have a fixed delivery fee of $15, or free for orders over $100!

Can I pick up?

As an online only store, we currently do not have pick up as an option.

When will my order arrive?

Deliveries are made between 9am and 5pm on your requested delivery date. We can’t give you an exact delivery time but we’ll make sure to contact you if there are circumstances beyond our control where deliveries will be made later than 5pm.

What happens if the recipient isn’t home?

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will make every effort to contact you to obtain further delivery instructions. This is why it’s super important to leave specific delivery instructions when checking out. If authority to leave is given, product will be left outside. If authority is not given and no one is home, product may be returned back to us, resulting in loss of money on product and delivery.

What is the deadline to place an order?

We currently have a 48-hour cut off time for orders, with daily cut off time at 5pm. This means that if you would like your order delivered on a Thursday, for example, you will have to place your order by Tuesday 5pm prior at the very latest, or anytime before that.

Do you deliver on weekends?

We currently do not deliver on weekends, sorry!

Do you deliver to workplaces?

We sure do! Just be sure to include the company name and any other relevant details (level, department, etc.).

Do you deliver to hospitals? 

Yes, we do. Just make sure to include the ward and bed number of the recipient. 

Does it cost more for delivery when I order more than one box?

Nope! One delivery cost for multiple boxes being delivered to the same address (excludes bulk orders).

Do your products contain nuts or traces of nuts?

Yes! Nuts are used in our products and we cannot guarantee that a product will not come in contact with nuts. To discuss any food allergies before an order is placed, please contact us at hello@sweetbox.melbourne

When should I eat the box?
All donuts are made fresh daily. For the best taste and quality, we recommend donuts be consumed on the day they are delivered.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card and PayPal.

Will the recipient see my details or how much I paid? 

Nope. No billing or payment details are included with deliveries - only the shipping address and personalised message provided.

What happens if I want to cancel my order?

You have up until 48 hours prior to scheduled delivery date to cancel your order. If cancellation notice is received less than 48 hours prior, cancellation of order will incur a $30.00 administrative fee. Money will be refunded less this fee. To cancel, email us at hello@sweetbox.melbourne

How will I know when my order is on its way?

You will receive an email on your selected delivery date letting you know when your order is dispatched for delivery.

What if the wrong address is given for delivery?

Let us know as soon as possible! However, we cannot accept any responsibility for orders with incorrect addresses that have already been dispatched and delivered. If this is the case, you may lose the monies spent on both the product and delivery.

Redelivery to new address may be possible for an additional redelivery fee.
